We understand how important your computer is to you and we will do everything in our power to ensure that you have a positive experience as our customer and that is why so many of our customers are happy to recommend us to friends, family and others

We accept that we don’t always get it right. Sometimes we make mistakes and other times we just don’t live up to your expectations. Whist we do try to get things right all the time we accept that if you deal with the number of repairs and support calls that we deal with every week things sometimes might go wrong.

We believe that it is in how we deal with the problem that counts and we will always do our very best to remedy the situation


We warranty all our work for 75 days. We believe that we are the only provider who does this. Our warranty means that if the problem returns or we missed something out then we will fix it for free. We try to spend your money wisely and sometimes we will carry out a more simple repair believing it to be correct at the time. For instance if your computer comes in and has trouble booting up then we may examine the hard drive and decide that it needs to be repaired. You are then charged for this work and lets say it is £50. If within our 75 day warranty period the same problem occurs again and you bring your computer back to us and we then determine that the hard disk is faulty and needs to be replaced at a total cost of £150 then we will refund the £50 that we first charged you

9 times out of 10 the first option is correct and we have saved those customers money. We believe and our customers tend to agree with us that this is a good practice. Many providers will just take the easy option but we do not believe that this is correct
